Role: Senior Backend Developer

Tech stack : FastAPI, Python, AWS, MongoDB

Experience: 47 years

Location: Bangalore

Hybrid

Must-Have Skills:

Design, develop, document, and maintain robust RESTful backend API services using FastAPI and Python.

Write efficient and optimized database interactions using ORMs such as Motor, Beanie, or MongoEngine for MongoDB.

Proven hands-on experience integrating Python applications with AWS services, including Kafka, EKS, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, and API Gateway.

Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using Keycloak.

Develop comprehensive test coverage with unit tests, functional tests, and integration tests using pytest and related frameworks.

Practical experience using GitLab for version control, CI/CD pipeline setup, and automated deployment workflows.

Good-to-Have Skills:

AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect).

Experience with SonarQube or other static code analysis tools to ensure code quality and compliance.

Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools for secure logging and real-time monitoring.

Strong understanding of secure coding guidelines and best practices to mitigate risks such as SQL Injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF), and other OWASP Top 10vulnerabilities.
