Senior Backend Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js/React.js, and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases especially MongoDB and MySQL.
• Proven experience in leading a team of engineers and delivering complex backend solutions.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API architecture, performance tuning, and secure application design.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and deployment practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Required Skills

• Understanding of frameworks like Next.js, Nest.js.
• Knowledge of SAST (eg SonarQube, Snyk etc), DAST (eg Checkmarks etc) is good to have.
• Nice to have Kafka, Redis, and Microservices.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment by taking ownership and delivering the performance.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and architectural patterns.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 Years of Experience in software Development.
