We are building IDDA, a Digital Healthtech + Fintech platform enabling reimbursements for dental and dermatology treatments that are currently excluded by traditional insurance. IDDAssurance operates as a Healthtech Assurance & Aggregator Platform connecting Dentists, Dermatologists, Corporates, and Insurance companies.

These benefits are extended to corporate employees as reimbursements on every treatment including 126+ dental and dermatology procedures that are currently not covered under insurance or Mediclaim . and even spreading this initiative through Insurance Broking firms to masses & controlling through our tech system.

Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Sr Back End Developer with (Full Stack + DevOps + robust Architecture Building experienc e) with 8-10 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is confident in building scalable, efficient systems from scratch. The developer will play a key role in enhancing our web portal and internal systems while ensuring robust architecture, smooth integrations, and high performance. This position will be a part of Core Management and can be consider in future as a key role of Tech Department.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage end-to-end web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Use Next.js and React.js to build modern, responsive, and high-performance front-end interfaces.
• Implement TypeScript for structured code and robust data handling.
• Design and document back-end architecture for scalable solutions.
• Work with MongoDB for data storage and Solar as a search engine integration.
• Integrate Redis as an in-memory data store for faster performance and caching.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure using AWS services including EC2, S3, etc.
• Build real-time features (like chat systems) using Web Sockets.
• Collaborate with other developers and teams using GitHub for version control and code review.
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full tech stack.

Skills & Qualifications :

• 8-10 years of experience in Full Stack web development + DevOps + robust Architecture Building experienc e).
• Strong proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Expertise in Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience in building system architecture and documentation.
• Familiarity with Solar, Redis, and AWS (EC2, S3, etc.).
• Experience in implementing Web Sockets for real-time communication - proficient in Git-based version control systems like GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Stake of the company can be discussed with a potential 6 months timeline to become a core integral part of higher management (Based on experience and expertise)
