We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Back End Developer to join our fast growing, dynamic team.With a diverse client base across the UK, US, and beyond, we're expanding rapidly and seeking someone eager to refine their skills while embracing a long-term career path. Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using the Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Microservices.
2. Champion DevOps best practices, fostering continuous improvement and iterative feedback loops.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
4. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs across various systems.
5. Work with AWS cloud infrastructure and services to enhance application performance and scalability.
6. Utilise relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL for efficient data storage and retrieval.
7. Lead automation initiatives for infrastructure, deployments, and routine maintenance tasks.
8. Implement message queuing systems like RabbitMQ to enable seamless asynchronous communication.
9. Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to industry best practices.
10. Apply multithreading and functional programming techniques to optimise application performance.
11. Conduct mobile application and API testing to ensure product reliability and functionality.

What Were Looking For

1. 3+ years of experience as a back-end developer.
2. Strong proficiency in Java and an in-depth understanding of its ecosystem.
3. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
4. Experience with various design patterns and software development principles.
