Hiring: Senior B2B Sales Manager | B2B / Institutional Sales | Kolkata
We are hiring for a reputed NABL-accredited analytical testing laboratory working with leading Food & Pharmaceutical companies in India.
This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B sales leader who can drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand institutional client relationships.
Role: Senior B2B Sales Manager
Location: Kolkata
CTC: Up to 12 LPA
Experience: 15+ years in B2B / Institutional Sales
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a target-driven sales team
Drive new client acquisition in Food & Pharma sectors
Develop sales strategies and revenue growth plans
Manage key institutional accounts
Ensure sales targets, client retention and payment collection
Preferred Background
Experience in Food / Pharma / Testing / Laboratory Services industry
Strong corporate or institutional sales exposure
Proven experience handling sales teams and revenue targets
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Candidates from Food, Pharma, Testing Labs, Scientific Equipment or Institutional B2B Sales will be highly preferred.
