Role Description

Location: Bengaluru,India (Work From Office Only)

Experience: 610+ years

We are looking for a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer who can own and evolve our cloud infrastructure end-to-end .

This role is for someone who has designed, scaled, and operated production systems , not just deployed pipelines.

You will work closely with backend, security, and product teams to ensure high availability, fault tolerance, observability, and secure operations .

• Design, build, and operate highly available AWS infrastructure
• Own CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, and services
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / CloudFormation
• Ensure zero-downtime deployments and safe rollbacks
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Handle security hardening , IAM design, secrets management
• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems
• Optimize cost, performance, and reliability
• Work on production readiness, DR strategies, and backups

• 610+ years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS/ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch)
• Strong experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Solid experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (preferred)
• Strong Linux fundamentals and networking knowledge
• Experience running production systems at scale
• Ability to debug real incidents, not just configure tools

• Experience in Fintech / Crypto / Trading platforms
• Exposure to high-throughput, low-latency systems
• Experience with security audits, compliance, and access control
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, multi-AZ / multi-region setups
• Familiarity with Kafka / message queues
• SRE mindset (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets)
