Senior AWS backend Developer

Role:

The role requires to be highly skilled (Subject Matter Expertise) in AWS and Other Cloud solutions. Responsible for providing in-depth expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies, best practices, and solutions. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AWS/ cloud based solutions that meet our product needs.

Job description

Expertise on below technologies is a must have:

• Backend application development using any of the technology like Java or NodeJS or GoLang or Python
• EKS, Kubernetes, ECR, Containerization
• Deployments using Infrastructure as a Code (IaC)

Experience in key AWS services EC2, Simple storage service(S3), Virtual private cloud (VPC), Auto-scaling, Security groups, Public/Private subnets, route 53, CloudFront, Snapshot, Direct Connect, NACL, Elastic Block Storage (EBS), Elastic Load Balancer (ELB) Internet Gateway (IG), Transit Gateway (TG), NAT, SNS, SQS etc.

Experience in Security services AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), CloudWatch, AWS Secrets Manager, Web Application Firewall(WAF), Guard Duty, AWS Config, Cloud Trail, Amazon Inspector, AWS Shield, AWS Security Hub, Trusted Advisors, KMS etc.

Exposure on Cloud Formation / Terraform and Lambda.

Cloud Devops Working knowledge of Automating the deployment of updates via Jenkins, or GitHub Actions, or similar systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to cloud infrastructure in a timely and effective manner. Monitor cloud infra to ensure optimal performance and Implement corrective measures as needed. Strong understanding of networking, security, and data management concepts in cloud environments.

Experience in working on migration tools like (Cloud Endure, AWS DMS, AWS Server Migration Service etc.) is nice to have.
