Senior Avaya Sales Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experiencedAvaya Sales Specialist with a strong track record in pre-sales, solution design, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Avaya products and services, including solution proposals, pricing, and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end sales for Avaya solutions, from opportunity identification to closure
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and customised solution proposals tailored to client needs
• Work closely with technical teams to design feasible, cost-effective solutions
• Manage pricing, commercial negotiations, and proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure consistent follow-ups
• Support the sales team in presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and demos

Qualifications & Skills:

• 610 years of experience in Avaya solution salesin the contact centre and unified communication domains
• Strong understanding of Avaya products, pricing models, and deployment scenarios
• Proven experience in BOQ preparation, solution proposals, and pricing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
