Senior Automotive Software Engineer

Best Nanotech is hiring a Senior Automotive Software Engineer to lead our next-generation Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) projects. We are looking for a hands-on expert with 7+ years of experience in embedded automotive software, with a specific focus on Adaptive AUTOSAR and Modern C++ .

Role: Senior/Lead Adaptive AUTOSAR Engineer

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design: Define and implement software architecture based on the Adaptive AUTOSAR standard (ARA).
• Development: Hands-on coding of Adaptive Applications using Modern C++ (14/17/20) on POSIX-based OS (Linux/QNX).
• Configuration: Configure Adaptive stacks (Vector/EB/Mentor) including Execution Management, State Management, and Communication Management.
• Integration: Work on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) , configuring SOME/IP and DDS communication protocols.
• Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive the migration from Classic to Adaptive platforms where necessary.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong expertise in C++14/17 and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).

Deep understanding of Adaptive AUTOSAR concepts : ARA, Manifests (Application/Machine), Service Interface.

Experience with POSIX OS (Linux, QNX) and multi-threaded programming.

Knowledge of communication protocols: Ethernet, SOME/IP, DDS .

Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and ASPICE.
