Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Java, Selenium, and advanced nonlinear programming techniques to architect and implement a complete, scalable automation framework. This role requires strong domain experience in Wealth Management Trading, including trade lifecycle workflows.

The ideal candidate is handson, innovative, and capable of applying modern automation practicesincluding leveraging AI/LLMsto enhance the testing lifecycle for a highperformance wealth management technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a robust, endtoend automation testing framework using Java and Selenium.
• Apply non-linear programming concepts and advanced algorithmic problemsolving techniques to create flexible, modular, and scalable test solutions.
• Automate complex test scenarios across API, integration, and backend components of trading systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA leadership to define quality strategies, automation roadmaps, and acceptance criteria.
• Implement continuous testing practices using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Conduct rootcause analysis for failed tests and production issues, ensuring improved stability and reliability.
• Utilize or experiment with AI/LLMbased tools to accelerate test case generation, defect analysis, selfhealing scripts, and intelligent test coverage.

Required Qualifications

• 38 years of hands-on experience in Quality Engineering, with a strong focus on automation architecture and framework development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle.
• Strong command of non-linear programming principlesability to implement optimized algorithms, rule engines, decision trees, and dynamic workflow automation.
• Solid experience testing Wealth Management / Trading systems, including:
• Order Management Systems (OMS)
