Location - Chennai

• Maintain, and review complex Ansible playbooks for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Provide leadership and best practices to the Ansible development team, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Design and implement automation solutions across diverse environments, including VMware, Windows, RedHat, and Storage platforms (IBM/NetApp).
• Collaborate closely with all TCS teams to ensure requirements are gathered and deployed effectively by the development team.
• Offer strategic guidance on automating processes and workflows, driving continuous improvement (Like EDA, Kafka).
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automation scripts to improve performance and efficiency.
• Challenge existing practices, fostering innovation and improvements in automation landscape, workflows, and industry standards
• Proven experience in developing and managing complex Ansible playbooks in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Results-oriented, with a proven ability to drive measurable outcomes and improvements.
• Clear, concise communicator, able to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
