About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with strong automation testing experience across API and Web UI for fintech products. Youll work with modern tools like REST Assured, Playwright, and Cucumber , and help adopt AI-powered testing tools to improve quality and speed.

What Youll Do

• Automate backend API tests using REST Assured
• Automate web UI tests using Playwright
• Create and maintain Cucumber BDD feature files
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers and product teams in Agile/Scrum
• Use or evaluate AI-driven testing tools for smarter test execution and analysis

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in QA / Automation Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• REST Assured
• Playwright
• Cucumber (BDD)
• Programming experience in Java or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)

AI in Test Automation (Strong Plus)

• Exposure to AI-powered testing tools , such as:
• Applitools (Visual AI testing)
• Mabl , Functionize , Test.ai
• ReportPortal (AI-based test analytics)
• Understanding of:
• Self-healing automation
• Intelligent test prioritization
• AI-assisted failure analysis

Nice to Have

• Fintech / Banking domain experience
• Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Performance or security testing exposure
