Title: Sr ATE Testing Engineer

Exp: 8 - 10 yrs

Location: Bangalore

• Experience in post silicon validation, product engineering, characterization, qualifications and certification of Mixed Signal SoCs and high Power discrete components on ATE level and bench level ensuring efficient workflow, timely completion of our Products in Automobile, Industrial and Energy Segment.

Must have Skills:

• Hands on Experience in device debug and characterization on ATE such as Eagle, Teradyne, Advantest, Accotest platform.
• Design and development of all hardware needed for ATE and Qualification development such as Probe Card, Load board, Burn-in hardware , ESD/LU board , identify the Right test sockets etc.
• Develop comprehensive test plans for electronics certification projects as per AEC-Q100/JEDEC standard and ensuring accurate execution and documentation of results.
• Develop Qualification plan and perform the Qualification to meet the quality standards as per the device application and use
• Benchmarking and characterization of competitive devices using bench set ups and prepare accurate test reports and provide necessary documentation.
• Validate the production test program for Repeatability, GRR , correlation against different testers/load boards for enabling high volume testing @OSAT with best test time and expected yield
• Improve the test program for better test time and yield.
• RMA support.
• Maintain lab accreditation by implementing and monitoring quality management
• systems, following relevant international standards, and participating in regular audits , inspections and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and
• technological advancements within the lab, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor engineers and technicians, providing training ,guidance and support to ensure consistent high-quality work output.
• Uphold strict safety protocols, implement quality control measures, and
• enforce compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.
• Proven technical background in silicon validation, failure analysis and debug
• Possess an in-depth understanding of hardware architectures, system level IC design implementation, and knowledge of how to create end use scenarios
• Good knowledge of validating system level designs based on embedded processors and peripherals such as SPI, I2C, UART etc
• Well versed in the usage of advanced lab equipment (scopes, BERTs, programmable power supplies, etc)
• Hands-on automation script development and optimization (using C, Python).
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and lead the Post silicon team
