ShareChat (Mohalla Tech Pvt Ltd) is Indias largest homegrown social media company and the only local player to achieve profitability in the industry, with 200+ million Monthly Monetizable Users across all its platforms.

Founded in 2015, ShareChat has social media brands such as the ShareChat App and Moj App and micro drama app QuickTV under its portfolio. QuickTV, the newest addition to ShareChat's family of apps, crossed the 10 million downloads mark within 3 months of launch and currently has 60Mn MAUs across the network viewing the vertical episodic content.

Today, the ShareChat network maintains a whopping 1,000 Cr ARR and is Indias leading social media platform servicing users across the country in 15 regional languages. This growth has led to a 28% YoY revenue growth in the July-Sept (2025-26) quarter and increased it by more than 60% in the Oct-Dec quarter.

What Youll Do

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end process from sourcing to offer.
• Strategic Partnership: Advise leadership on market trends, policies, and talent needs.
• Talent Sourcing: Build robust pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and a positive "sell" of the firm.
• Compliance & Analytics: Manage ATS data, Affirmative Action Plans, and DEI goals.
• Talent Branding: Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to increase market presence and attract top-tier talent.

Note: This is purely a technical recruiter role involving only Engg and Data Science Hiring.

Who you are

• Education & Experience: You have a degree in humanities and 3+ years of high-volume B2C Technology recruiting experience. Brownie Points if you have a STEM background.
• Communication: You translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Adaptability: You manage change with ease, navigating multiple priorities and deadlines without losing sight of the details. Ownership is one of the values at ShareChat and is of utmost importance for this role.
• Sourcing : You are expert at leveraging hiring portals and have a proven track record of going outside the box for hiring.
• Strategic Execution: You combine project management skills with strong business acumen to drive the recruitment process forward.
