Job Description 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with a strong technical background and extensive experience in implementing o9, Blue Yonder (BY), Kinaxis or SAP IBP solutions for planning. The ideal candidate will have completed multiple implementations and possess deep knowledge of these products and their technical architectures. This role focuses on the ability to translate business requirements to technical and architecture needs, and lead / support on the implementation journey. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive a workstream while executing technical implementation of o9, BY, Kinaxis or SAP IBP solutions 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications  

  • Develop materials to assist in design and process discussions with clients 

  • Conduct design discussions with client to align on key design decisions 

  • Support the design and architecture of the overall technology framework for implementations 

  • Develop testing strategies and test scenarios 

  • Identify gaps and develop custom design specifications 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation  

  • Ensure best practices and quality standards are followed across the engagement delivery 

  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams and client teams 

  • Travel may be required for this role, depending on client requirements 

Education  

Degrees/Field of Study required: MBA / MTech or a Master's degree in a related field 

Certifications  

  • Certifications related to o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis or other relevant technologies 

Required Skills 

  • Functional and technical expertise in o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis or SAP IBP, including reference model configurations and workflows 

  • Supply chain planning domain experience in demand planning, supply and inventory planning, production planning, S&OP, and IBP 

Optional Skills 

  • Advanced understanding of data models for o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis or SAP IBP 

  • Experience with other supply chain planning solutions 

  • Database: SQL, Python on HADOOP, R-Scripts  

  • MS SSIS integration skills, HADOOP HIVE
