Responsibilities: Lead planning activities related to Internal Audit, SOX 404,
Risk & Controls and Compliance client engagement
Work with clients to assist in assessing, designing and
implementation new Risk and Control frameworks,
Sustainable Solutions (including applying knowledge of
governance, risk and compliance tools), Operating processes
and people models to address key and evolving risks, as
necessary
Mandatory skill sets: Internal Audit and sectors experience – Construction, Infra,
Real Estate, Manufacturing
Preferred skill sets: Effectively manage engagement economics and operational
aspects including resourcing and reporting.
Demonstrate strong project management abilities through
effective communication and management of stakeholder
expectations across all engagements within the portfolio
being led.
Demonstrate subject matter expertise in chosen fields (e.g.,
Internal Audit, Risk Assessments, Risk Intelligence and
Quantification, Risk Strategy and Governance, disruptive
technologies, evolving compliance regulations, sectors etc.).
Proactively contribute and lead practice initiatives such as
learning and development, employee engagement, quality,
CSR, go-to market. GRCAPM
Years of experience required: 1+
Education qualification: CA/MBA
