Job Description

Managing the complete enrollment process for dental providers with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.
Collecting and validating provider documents, preparing enrollment packages, submitting applications through payer portals or delegated systems, and following up to ensure timely approvals.
Verifying credentials from official sources, coordinating with providers for digital document signing, and updating enrollment status in client systems.
The executive ensures compliance with payer requirements, supports onboarding of new providers, and contributes to accurate reporting and operational efficiency.
