Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a Senior Associate at Vasu Law Firm. The Senior Associate will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal advisory and representation services. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and participating in litigation and arbitration matters. The role involves advising clients on complex legal and business transactions, ensuring compliance and regulatory guidance across a wide range of legal areas, and collaborating with other teams within the firm to deliver exceptional client solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and legal analysis
• Expertise in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes
• Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial matters, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in intellectual property law, real estate law, and financial legal matters, Debt recovery Tribunal, Securities Law, Writ Petition Drafting , Securitisation Law,.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Proven ability to handle high-value and complex transactions or disputes with attention to detail
• Strong ethical judgment and commitment to upholding professional standards
• LLB or higher qualification from a recognized institution; prior experience in corporate or commercial law is an advantage
