We are now seeking a Project Leader Associate / Senior Associate (Architectural Bachelors or Masters graduate) to help lead the next wave of landmark developments in hospitality and mixed-use sectors.

Your Role

As an Associate / Senior Associate leading the hospitality and mixed-use sector, you will:

• Lead a focused team of architects through design and execution of high-profile hotels, resorts, retail, and commercial developments.
• Represent and manage multidisciplinary consultant teams , serving as the single point of contact for clients from vision to handover.
• Champion design intent while ensuring technical excellence, quality, and timely delivery .
• Drive fast-track commercial projects in a collaborative Live Model BIM environment .

What We Are Looking For

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Masters Degree in Architecture (M.Arch) preferred

Experience:

• 1520 years leading complex commercial base-build projects .
• Experience in hospitality or retail projects is a strong advantage.

Technical Proficiency:

• Skilled in Revit and project collaboration platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud .

Leadership & Management:

• Proven track record in guiding large consultant teams and delivering projects within ambitious timelines.

Design & Organisational Skills:

• Sharp design sensibility with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities .

Communication:

• Excellent communication skills with a confident client-facing presence .

Personal Attributes:

• Self-starter with initiative, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth .
