Senior Associate Financial Services | Internal Assurance and Risk Management

Location: Mumbai

Essentials:

Role:

• Execute internal and risk-based process reviews for major financial institutions
• Manage the full Internal Assurance lifecycle, including Assurance planning, scope definition, checklist preparation, execution, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain a Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) for Financial Services clients, ensuring that relevant risks are mapped to expected control frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with RBI and other regulatory standards, developing risk assessment frameworks for assurance.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and thought leadership documents for client meetings.
• Knowledge of Global regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Ideally an MBA/CA with 3-5 years of experience in Consulting /Big 4s/Accounting Firms.
• Experience in the financial services industry with knowledge of Indian regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating independence in assurance execution and reporting.
