1. Proven experience as a QA with a focus on ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
2. ServiceNow testing and ATF experience is must.
3. Knowledge of at least one test tool.
4. Develop, update and maintain testing standards and procedures.
5. In depth knowledge of creating and maintain documentation related to ATF scripts, test cases,
and test results for future reference and compliance.
6. A good awareness of the role that ServiceNow testing tools play in the software development
lifecycle, the types of tools available and where it is appropriate and useful to apply them
7. Knowledge and Experience in IT service management modules (Incident, Change, Problem,
Request management etc.)
8. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript and web services o Understanding of DevOps pipeline
i.e. change, release & deployment processes
9. ServiceNow CSA/CAD/Both Certification is mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain ATF scripts to automate testing procedures for ServiceNow applications,
modules, and customizations.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design comprehensive test cases, ensuring
full coverage of ServiceNow features and functionalities
• Execute ATF test suites and record results, identifying and documenting defects, and working
closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Adapts existing test cases following changes made in the application
• Create and maintain documentation related to ATF scripts, test cases, and test results for future
reference and compliance.
• Ensure that ServiceNow configurations and customizations adhere to best practices, standards,
and security protocols.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to team members on ATF scripting and testing
best practices
• Service Portal development in ServiceNow
• Experience in Product evaluation
• Integration experience with infrastructure monitoring solutions

• Exposure in defining UX
• ITIL certified: Foundation V3, Foundation 4
• ITIL & ServiceNow certified. ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred
• Micro-certification on ATF is preferred.
