About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate PMO to support cross-functional program execution and operational excellence. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing workflows, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between Category, Product/Tech, and Operations teams for smooth execution of initiatives
  • Gather, structure, and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain centralized trackers for requests, dependencies, and timelines
  • Manage day-to-day operational workflows and inter-team handoffs
  • Standardize processes and operational frameworks across teams
  • Own operational data, status tracking, and reporting
  • Monitor execution timelines, risks, and bottlenecks
  • Proactively drive issue resolution through structured coordination
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and process discipline
  • Act as a single point of contact and source of truth for PMO initiatives

  • Prior experience in EdTech or digital platforms is an advantage
