About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate PMO to support cross-functional program execution and operational excellence. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing workflows, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between Category, Product/Tech, and Operations teams for smooth execution of initiatives
- Gather, structure, and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Maintain centralized trackers for requests, dependencies, and timelines
- Manage day-to-day operational workflows and inter-team handoffs
- Standardize processes and operational frameworks across teams
- Own operational data, status tracking, and reporting
- Monitor execution timelines, risks, and bottlenecks
- Proactively drive issue resolution through structured coordination
- Ensure governance, compliance, and process discipline
- Act as a single point of contact and source of truth for PMO initiatives

- Prior experience in EdTech or digital platforms is an advantage
