The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand founded in 2013. Today, we are one of Indias largest online merchandising platforms, with licensing partnerships including Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL and Viacom18 among others.


We create products inspired by pop culture - superheroes, movies, TV shows cartoonswhile also staying deeply rooted in evolving youth fashion and lifestyle trends. Alongside our core mens and womens apparel categories, we are actively expanding into new product lines such as activewear, Supima products, personal care (perfumes), footwear and backpacks.


While we began as a digital-first brand, we have steadily expanded into offline retail and currently operate 60+ stores across India, with further pan-India expansion underway.

About the Role:

Youll play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. Youll work closely with the creative, product/category, and analytics teams to drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (ASC, DPA, Sales, Awareness, App Install) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, PMax, UAC).
  • Own key growth metrics CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.
  • Manage ad campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy optimizations, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring
  • Manage day-to-day execution, campaign uploads, and quality control.
  • Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize performance.
  • Work alongside creative teams to guide and brief high-performing ad creatives.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Generate insightful reports to communicate actionable, campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, monitor spends, and ensure efficient allocation across platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for UTM tagging, attribution tracking, and campaign reporting.
  • Stay on top of platform updates, new features, and industry trends


What Were Looking For:

  • 13 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads.
  • Prior experience at Agencies or D2C brands is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing funnels and customer journey.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a knack for numbers and data.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, GA4).
  • Self-starter, hustler mentality, and a bias for action.
  • Highly organized individual, with strong attention to detail and the ability to oversee campaign execution end-to-end.
