Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Associate Overseas Education Counsellor who will guide students through the complete study abroad journey, from counselling and course selection to university applications and visa support.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international education systems (especially UK, Europe, or other major destinations) and a proven ability to convert student inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling

• Provide professional counselling to students seeking overseas education opportunities.
• Understand students academic background, career goals, and financial situation to recommend suitable universities and courses.
• Guide students through program selection, university shortlisting, and application strategies.

Admissions & Application Process

• Assist students in preparing application documents including SOPs, resumes, and LORs.
• Coordinate with universities for admissions updates and offer letters.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of applications.

Lead Management & Conversions

• Manage inbound and outbound student leads through CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospective students to ensure engagement and conversions.
• Maintain strong conversion ratios from inquiry to enrollment.

Visa & Documentation Support

• Guide students on visa requirements and documentation.
• Coordinate with visa teams to ensure successful application outcomes.

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Provide continuous support throughout the admission process.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, admissions, and operations teams.
• Mentor junior counsellors if required.
• Contribute to achieving team revenue and enrollment targets.

Required Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in Overseas Education Counselling / Study Abroad Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of UK, Canada, Australia, or European education systems.
• Proven track record in student conversions and admissions processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with CRM or lead management systems.
