What you’ll be doing:

• Partner with teams across MPL to support people initiatives from onboarding to offboarding—and everything in between
• Drive engagement by listening to what our people need and turning that feedback into real, positive change
• Own and improve core HR touchpoints onboarding, performance conversations, employee feedback loops, offboarding, and more
• Keep our culture alive by organizing meaningful initiatives that connect people and reinforce our values
• Help maintain and interpret people data, keeping our processes insightful, transparent, and effective
• Support managers and team members alike with empathy, clarity, and a solutions-first mindset
• Be a culture champion—bringing fun, energy, and care into every interaction
• Jump in on people projects that make MPL a better place to work

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in a HRBP or generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced or creative environment
• A solid grasp of core HR processes—onboarding, engagement, performance management, and employee experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills—you know how to build trust and keep things human
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, HRIS, and survey platforms (data doesn’t scare you!)
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks\
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in the gaming or tech space—or if you're simply passionate about it
• A collaborative spirit with a can-do attitude and a good sense of humor—because we’re all in this together!
