Role Overview:

You will manage the full lifecycle of contracts, ensure compliance with corporate governance and

internal policies, and drive data protection implementation. The role also involves providing day-to-day legal support, handling audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align legal processes with business needs.

The Role:

• Manage the full contract lifecycle drafting, reviewing, negotiating, execution, and renewals across vendors, customers, and partners.
• Maintain contract repositories and trackers to ensure timely compliance and amendments.
• Support corporate governance compliance under the Companies Act and internal policy frameworks.
• Oversee implementation and monitoring of key governance policies (ESG, ABAC, AML, etc.).
• Lead DPDP implementation including privacy policies, consent frameworks, SOPs, and vendor DPAs.
• Provide ongoing legal support for regulatory queries, audits, diligence, and internal reviews.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Law from a recognised institution.
• 2+ years of relevant experience (in-house preferred).
• Strong understanding of contracts, corporate law, and compliance.
• Mentality to build and enhance the function.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
