Job Description

Responsibilities

Complete all steps to fulfill the onboarding due diligence process based on risk classification
Ensure onboarding policy is being follow in each request
Identify any potential risk where an external party could adversely affect our customer
Summarize adverse and negative news findings and provide a risk level result
Collaborate with business and record data into system
Ensure global standards are being achieved and SLA time is met
Work closely with compliance and ITC team
Perform periodic due diligence refreshes and screenings to already onboarded entities

Minimum Qualifications

Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
Good years' experience in process operating role in industry related sales, marketing, compliance, legal or risk
Excellent written and verbal skills
High ethics & integrity
English fluent

Preferred Qualifications

/Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
Strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills
