Role Overview As a Designer, youll lead the early-stage creative direction for projects. Youll interpret client briefs, visualize concepts, and develop design narratives that set the tone for everything that follows from pitch to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the conceptual design process for assigned projects.

Translate briefs into zoning layouts, mood boards, sketches, and spatial concepts. Use Revit to develop concept-level 3D models and visuals.

Collaborate with the Business Development and Presentation Design teams for client pitches.

Research global design trends, materials, and finishes to inspire fresh ideas.

Develop design decks, material palettes, and visual direction aligned with brand and client vision.

Coordinate with execution teams to ensure the design intent is preserved during delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Spatial Design.

58 years of relevant experience in concept or design development (retail, hospitality, or workspace interiors).

Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.

Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint.

Strong visualization, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Understanding of materials, detailing, and construction feasibility.

Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
