About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Coimbatore. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, driving organizational development initiatives, enhancing people processes, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. This role requires strong expertise in HR policies, performance management, training & development, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Development:

Partner with leadership to design and implement OD interventions, enhance organizational effectiveness, drive employee engagement, and strengthen company culture. Learning & Development: Identify training needs, design programs, oversee execution, and evaluate impact.

Policies & Processes:

Develop, review, and update HR policies; ensure smooth communication and compliance.

Performance Management:

Lead goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles; support managers with performance coaching. Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders; foster strong collaboration across teams.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

5+ years of proven experience in HRBP/HR Generalist roles.

Exposure to organizational development, performance management, and training initiatives.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and labor laws.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
