Job Description
Conduct vendor/partner due diligence, Onboard vendors online through Procure buddy and select right vendor, right cost, right quality, ensure on time delivery of material or service.
Manage relations with preferred and strategic vendor/partner with internal customers to continuously seek opportunities for improvement which generates additional savings.
Need excellent knowledge in updating policy and automation such as SOP, Procurement module, Software’s Oracle P2P.
Negotiate Contracts, Purchase Orders (PO) terms in accordance with the selected vendors, price & technical specifications and evaluate vendor performance
Conduct analysis of present suppliers spend and create backup for each categor
