Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

4 years of experience in a strategy or advisory role, working with senior executives.
Experience in driving stakeholder relationships, to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, investigative-thinking, prioritization, presentation, analytical, and program management skills.

The India GTM team supports Google's India business across LCS strategy and operations. The product strategy and operations team works with product and specialist teams to develop and deliver LCS product strategy.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

Engage with cross-functional leaders in India and APAC to drive execution initiatives including summits or partnerships.
Engage with third-party data providers, and with India sales teams to update and maintain a market model used by multiple functions.
Work with the India GTM LCS strategy and operations team to help drive AI-powered sales tools adoption.
