Position description:

4+ years of experience on graphic designing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and impactful sports posters/artworks/graphics that effectively convey the essence of the sports and align with the brand's visual identity
• Use technical design knowledge and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop or Illustrator) to develop high-quality posters with excellent detailing and creativity
• Perform colour grading and retouching on images to enhance their visual appeal and create a cohesive look and feel
• Execute design concepts from ideation to final execution, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines and creative briefs
• Think creatively and strategically to come up with innovative and unique design ideas that differentiate the sports posters from competitors
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback and continuously improve the quality of design work
• Use drawing, sketching and digital painting skills to create custom illustrations or graphics for sports posters
• Assist with background designing to create visually appealing and contextually relevant visuals
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques and technologies to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
• Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Light Room.
• Strong technical design skills, including colour grading, image retouching and attention to detail.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative design ideas.
• Experience in drawing, sketching, digital painting or background designing will be an added advantage.
• Ability to follow branding guidelines and create designs that align with the brand's visual identity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback positively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
