Job Description

Responsibilities

:
Required good understanding on upstream and downstream of process of Asset transfer.
Basic knowledge of different types of tax costs, Tax code, Tax lot, Date of Death, Beneficiary, Inheritance/Gifts etc.
Hands on experience around stock ins & outs (Free Receipt/Delivery) process.
Good understanding around business transitions and required documentation will have added advantage.
Experience of posting transactions on accounting & custody book for exception resolution is required.
Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.
Experience of applications like AddVantage, Trust Desk & Global Plus applications would have added advantage.
Candidate should have exposure around audits (internal and external) and strong understanding around Risk and Control framework.
Good communication skill required to establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts and should be capable of handling Onshore Queries.
Supports with specific client requirements or ad hoc requests.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)
Effective probing & root cause analysis skills
Preferred qualifications
Relevant work experience in an Associate role is desirable.
Must have previous experience in a middle/back office in financial services firm of 3 to 5 years.
