A Tier-1 Law firm are looking for Associates/Senior Associates to join their Transactions practice in Delhi NCR.
About the Role
Professionals should have 3-7 years PQE and be well-versed with mergers & acquisitions, general corporate advisory and facilitating PE/VC transactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle mergers & acquisitions
- Provide general corporate advisory
- Facilitate PE/VC transactions
Qualifications
- 3-7 years PQE
- LLB degree required (Preferably from a reputed law college)
Required Skills
- Expertise in mergers & acquisitions
- Strong corporate advisory skills
- Transaction facilitation experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a Tier-1 law firm
