Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Fund Reporting, Portfolio Dashboards & Investor Support

  • Prepare and update portfolio dashboards on an ongoing basis using accurate and validated data.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages as required under fund IMAs and LPAs.
  • Assist with creating meeting presentations, investor materials, and quarterly catchup decks for PM and IR teams.
  • Ensure reporting quality, consistency, and timely distribution to stakeholders.

Compliance & Regulatory Coordination

  • Support the Compliance and BDC Portfolio Management teams with weekly BDC conflict check processes.
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely Friday submissions.
  • Uphold internal compliance protocols and data confidentiality standards.

Global Portfolio Management & Pipeline Coordination

  • Review, validate, and update PreIC recommendation data in the BMS CRM system.
  • Coordinate with AM PMs and Deal Teams to obtain missing Opportunity IDs and maintain accuracy of all pipeline records.
  • Maintain and reconcile both offshore and onshore project pipeline files.
  • Support the preparation of ACA Quarterly Portfolio Review (QPR) materials, including data collation, formatting, and validation.

Data Management & Documentation Processing (placed last as requested)

  • Extract Account Summaries from BMS, convert them to PDF, and organize them for internal use.
  • Redact sensitive information from Approval, Closing, WAM, and Investment Memos following compliance standards.
  • Prepare and upload redacted closing memos for Ocorian in a timely manner.
  • Maintain document integrity, version control, and compliance throughout all stages of processing.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably BMS), documentation handling, and dashboard/reporting tools.
  • Experience in fund operations, financial operations, or portfolio support is preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with global teams and manage multiple deliverables.
  • High commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and datadriven reporting.
