We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Execution Service Platform – Regulatory Reporting team. This role is located in Chennai.

 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies while ensuring security, performance, code quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to system architecture reviews, enforce best practices, and create comprehensive documentation supporting requirements and technical solutions.
• Manage end-to-end software lifecycle including development, testing, troubleshooting, and timely updates to meet compliance standards and client SLAs.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver new features while promoting technology standards and knowledge sharing through community engagement.
• Continuously expand technical expertise by monitoring emerging technologies, industry trends, and participating in professional development programs.

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience required.
  • 2-6 years of demonstrated software development experience required.
  • Prior experience in regulatory reporting or financial services industry preferred.

Technical Proficiencies:

• Core Technologies: Java, Angular, Spring Framework, Microservices Architecture
• Testing Framework: Junit, Mockito, Selenium
• Frontend Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON
• Backend & Data Management:
  • SQL database development and optimization
  • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Enterprise Architecture: Microservices design patterns
• Containerization technologies (Docker)
• Integration & Messaging:
  • Proficiency in enterprise messaging systems including IBM MQ and Apache Kafka
  • Experience with event-driven architectures
• DevOps & Development Practices:
  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git), CI/CD 
  • Experience with code quality tools (SonarQube)
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
