We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Markets Liquidity & Financing FP&A team. This role is located in Chennai. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Refine financial forecasting models to improve predictability and support better strategic decisions 
• Monitor budget adherence and highlight variances to ensure departments stay aligned with financial goals
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership 
• Partner with business units to evaluate the financial viability of new projects, investments, or cost-saving initiatives
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend cost optimization strategies without compromising performance
• Automate and streamline reporting processes to reduce turnaround time and increase accuracy 
   

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into meaningful insights for decision-making 
• Deep understanding of the company’s operations, market dynamics, and strategic priorities to align financial planning accordingly
• Clear and concise communication of financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Taking initiative and responsibility for deliverables, deadlines, and continuous improvement in financial processes
• Precision in financial reporting and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards
