Purpose-led work you'll be part of

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a global team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working across a variety of industries including Government, Public Sector, Healthcare, Asset Management, Telecommunications, Media, Technology, Energy, Utilities, Mining, Industrials, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Financial Services
  • Consulting with clients to structure their ambiguous challenges, identifying issues critical to their strategic and operating success by developing insights
  • Outlining creative but pragmatic options considering potential market scenarios, and conducting analyses for our clients
  • Helping our clients develop strategies, and highlighting critical next steps in making that strategy a reality  
  • Constructing the analytical framework, work steps for each assignment, and meeting with clients to assure assignment progress
  • Developing conclusions and strategic recommendations using inputs including firm proprietary data, public analyst reports, and firm subject matter specialist knowledge
  • Writing impactful, clear, and concise reports, and assisting engagement leadership in client presentations

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

  • Considerable experience within a relevant industry or functional work experience; strategy consulting experience a preferred asset
  • Demonstrated academic achievements from a leading MBA program
  • Proven success in developing and implementing strategic thought
  • Highly committed to providing excellent client service, by building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal and external clients
  • Analytical thinking and ability to produce high quality deliverables that create sustainable value
  • Motivated to work in a productive and changing environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Ability to create and contribute to the development of thought leadership
  • Commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
