Experience – Freshers / 6 Months – 3 Year experience in Customer Service in Insurance/Banking/Financial Services. Customer Service in BPO/Insurance industry preferred
Location:
Noida: HDFC ERGO GENERAL INSURANCE, A-36, sector 64, Noida 201301. U.P. Landmark-near NTA Exam center
Responsibilities
- should have zeal to service customers in inbound calling set up
- excellent with communication skills
- insurance background an added advantage.
- should have inbound call calling experience
- Flexible to work in shifts
Requirements
- At least 6 Month experience in Customer Service in Insurance/Banking/Financial Services mandatory
- Should be proficient & spontaneous in Hindi / English
- Only Graduate
- Should be passionate for growth
- Should not be more than 30 years of age
- Should be vaccinated (Covid)
- Should be open to work from office
