Role Highlights:

• Location: Gurgaon | 5 Days (4 WFO + 1 WFH)
• Experience: 38 Years
• Domain: Structured Finance / Securitization
• Shift: (US Shift): 4:00 PM 1:00 AM, 6:00 PM 3:00 AM, 8:00 PM 5:00 AM

Key Requirements:

• Exposure to Structured Products, CLOs, ABS
• Strong Financial Modelling & Risk Analysis skills
• Experience in covenant monitoring & deal lifecycle understanding
• Ability to review credit/legal documents (agreements, term sheets, etc.)
• Strong communication & ability to work in fast-paced environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Work on risk modelling, borrowing base & stress scenarios
• Monitor covenants, triggers & key transaction metrics
• Review legal/credit documents & ensure compliance (SLA-based)
• Handle portfolio surveillance, reporting & client deliverables
