Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer for the role of Senior Associate with 5 to 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Configuration Integration Lightning Sales Cloud and Salesforce DevOps. Experience in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains is a plus. The candidate will contribute to the companys mission by developing and customizing Salesforce solutions that drive business success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee SFDC Configuration ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems to streamline business processes and data flow.
  • Implement SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience and interface functionality.
  • Manage SFDC Sales Cloud to support sales processes and improve sales performance.
  • Utilize Salesforce DevOps to automate deployment and improve development efficiency.
  • Leverage Sales Cloud Einstein to provide data-driven insights and enhance decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to continuously improve solutions.
  • Document technical specifications and user guides for developed solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in SFDC Configuration Integration and Lightning.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Sales Cloud and Salesforce DevOps.
  • Have experience with Sales Cloud Einstein for data analytics and insights.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains is a plus.
