Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 13 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Confluence and Jira and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to the companys infrastructure development projects ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of infrastructure projects using Confluence and Jira.Oversee the implementation of best practices for infrastructure development.Provide technical expertise in Confluence and Jira to optimize project workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure system reliability and performance.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.Implement automation tools and frameworks to streamline infrastructure management.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all infrastructure projects.Conduct regular reviews and audits of infrastructure systems to identify areas for improvement.Provide training and support to team members on Confluence and Jira usage.Participate in planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades and migrations.Analyze and report on infrastructure performance metrics to stakeholders.Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure development processes.
Qualifications
