Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MS D365 F&O specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Technical. This role operates on a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless application and management enhancement contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
Lead the Support team for Digital Commerce Stores.Oversee the entire lifecycle of application packaging from initial assessment to deployment and maintenance.Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application packaging and deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that support tickets meet business requirements and compliance standards.Develop and maintain documentation for application maintenance processes and procedures.Ensure that all application maintenance are tested thoroughly before deployment to minimize disruptions.Monitor and optimize application maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in application maintenance to ensure best practices are followed.Conduct regular audits of application maintenance to ensure they are up-to-date and secure.Provide training and support to junior team members on application maintenance techniques and best practices.Work closely with the IT support team to address any issues that arise post-deployment.Ensure that all application maintenance activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in application maintenance for D365 F&ODemonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Exhibit strong documentation and communication abilities.Have experience working in a hybrid work model.Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams.Display a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and technologies.Should be able to work as a single point of contact for the team with customer
Certifications Required
F&O Certification is preferred.
