Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization ANSI SQL and Tableau. This role involves leading technical projects designing data solutions and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual analytics. The position is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of data visualization solutions using Tableau.Oversee the development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and reports.Provide technical expertise in ANSI SQL to optimize data queries and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in visualizations.Develop and enforce best practices for data visualization and reporting.Mentor and guide junior team members in technical skills and project execution.Conduct regular reviews of data models and visualizations to ensure alignment with business goals.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data visualization tools.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data visualization and analytics.Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions on time.Implement data security and privacy measures in all data visualization projects.Drive continuous improvement in data visualization processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in data visualization using Tableau.Demonstrate proficiency in ANSI SQL for data querying and optimization.Exhibit excellent experience design skills for creating intuitive and impactful visualizations.Have a solid understanding of data modeling and database management.Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
