Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce Advance Salesforce Apex and LS Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cheminformatics R&D preclinical and clinical domains. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Apex and LS Salesforce to ensure optimal performance.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the quality and integrity of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and validation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce implementations.Manage project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful project completion.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce advancements and industry trends to incorporate best practices.Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members and stakeholders.Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for Salesforce initiatives.Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in all Salesforce implementations.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Advance Salesforce Apex and LS Salesforce.Demonstrate strong expertise in cheminformatics R&D preclinical and clinical domains.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Show proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.Possess a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
