Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Oracle E Business SCM and Oracle E Business Fin. Experience in the education domain is a plus. The role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of our software solutions contributing to the companys mission of delivering high-quality products.
Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for Oracle E Business SCM and Oracle E Business Fin modules.Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases.Provide thorough documentation of test results and ensure traceability.Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and design test strategies.Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality.Analyze test results and work with the development team to resolve issues.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and performance.Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes.Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and issues.Utilize domain knowledge in education to enhance testing strategies and outcomes.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Oracle E Business SCM and Oracle E Business Fin.Demonstrate experience in creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases.Show proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Have experience in documenting test results and ensuring traceability.Display strong collaboration and communication skills.Experience in the education domain is a plus.Ability to mentor and guide junior testers.Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in software testing.Experience in conducting regression testing.Ability to participate in code reviews.Commitment to continuous improvement in testing processes.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
