Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Zscaler Private Access Zscaler Internet Access Cisco ASA Firewall and Palo Alto Internet Gateway. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage and lead a team to achieve our companys goals.
Responsibilities
Lead the team in implementing and managing Zscaler Private Access and Zscaler Internet Access solutions.Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Cisco ASA Firewall and Palo Alto Internet Gateway.Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure smooth operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions with existing systems.Monitor network performance and security to identify and resolve potential issues.Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data.Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.Train team members on the latest security technologies and best practices.Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and security status.Analyze and respond to security incidents and breaches to minimize impact.Ensure the team stays up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Zscaler Private Access Zscaler Internet Access Cisco ASA Firewall and Palo Alto Internet Gateway.Have experience in R&D Preclinical & Clinical and Cheminformatics is a plus.Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management abilities.Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in English with native speaker level reading writing and speaking skills.Have a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.Display effective communication and interpersonal skills.Be able to work in a hybrid model with a day shift schedule.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.Be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Show a strong commitment to achieving company goals and objectives.
