Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Quality Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL. Additionally experience in the domain of Authorize Cust Bill InvoiceAdj is mandatory. This role involves leading quality assurance efforts to ensure the highest standards of software quality and reliability.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality assurance process for software development projects.
  • Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using Jenkins Selenium and TestNG.
  • Provide guidance and support to the development team in adhering to Scrum methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts in Java to validate software functionality.
  • Utilize Jira for tracking and managing defects and enhancements.
  • Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Maven.
  • Conduct thorough testing of PL/SQL scripts to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with domain-specific requirements for Authorize Cust Bill InvoiceAdj.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.
  • Mentor junior quality engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define and prioritize testing objectives.
  • Document and report on testing progress issues and outcomes.
