Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 11 to 14 years of experience in SAP-FICA-Utilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of tax processing and garnishment editing. This hybrid role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and support of SAP-FICA-Utilities modules.Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP-FICA-Utilities to meet business requirements.Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP-FICA-Utilities processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP-FICA-Utilities with other systems.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP-FICA-Utilities solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP-FICA-Utilities in a timely manner.Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP-FICA-Utilities.Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP-FICA-Utilities processes.Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and system performance.Support the development and maintenance of documentation related to SAP-FICA-Utilities processes and configurations.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP-FICA-Utilities to continuously improve the system.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 11 years of experience in SAP-FICA-Utilities.Demonstrate expertise in configuring and customizing SAP-FICA-Utilities modules.Have a good understanding of tax processing and garnishment editing.Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans.Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Have experience in conducting training sessions for end-users.Be capable of monitoring and optimizing system performance.Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Possess strong documentation and reporting skills.Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
