Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in Mulesoft to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Sr. Developer will play a crucial role in designing developing and implementing integration solutions that align with our companys goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Mulesoft-based integration solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the implementation of data governance practices to ensure data quality and compliance.Provide technical expertise in Mulesoft to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for integration projects.Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and data governance standards.Ensure the scalability and performance of integration solutions through thorough testing and optimization.Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for Mulesoft development and data governance.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Mulesoft and data governance technologies.Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Ensure that integration solutions align with the companys overall technology strategy and goals.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in Mulesoft development and integration.Should have a strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.Must possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Should have experience working in a hybrid work model.Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.Should have the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.Nice to have experience in data governance domain.Must be able to work in day shifts.Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Should have strong documentation skills.Must be able to provide accurate project estimates.Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle.
Certifications Required
Mulesoft Certified Developer Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP) certification is a plus.
